• Symptoms and treatment protocols for various conditions and the supplements needed such as allergies, stress, insomnia, asthma, hayfever, high blood pressure etc – a sort of thumbnail of how to treat a variety of minor to more serious conditions. Also common conditions like : what does it mean when your fingernails have ridges or your tongue is sore etc.
• Ways to eat better and give examples, good and bad things you buy in the supermarkets, label reading and what to look out for in supplements and in foods. There are good and bad in both out there!

• Tests to consider having to rule out underlying problems – how to read and treat them naturally
• Ways to exercise without realizing it - for “normal”, busy people (not marathons, excess gym etc)
• An excellent way of eating which is not only healthy, sustainable throughout life, will cause weight loss or weight maintenance (or even gain)
depending on how it’s used; we’ll give notes on this one and a full PLAN to follow. Not difficult, expensive, too much effort at all.
• Supplementation which is helpful for weight loss
• Cooking from scratch and how to get back to basics easily, effortlessly, and joyfully! A show and tell.
(No cooking – that part will simply be carefully explained). Basically how to begin this healthy lifestyle which will lead to life-long weight maintenance,
but with the accent and focus on health, and show how fully sustainable it is, how anyone can follow it and how HUGELY beneficial it is!
